Hi! I’m sharing with you a short video when we went to Cartown.
Cartown is designed to teach kids aged 4-7 years old on how to drive safely in an entertaining and realistic town setting. It is being held inside the Sam Southern Arena at 625 Osborne Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
The cartown activity usually runs for an hour. We were advised upon registration that we had to be there at least 10 – 15 minutes early so that the staff can take the kids’ pictures to be used for their driver’s licenses. The licenses were issued at the end of the session. There were coloring books, markers, and games ready at the table so the kids won’t get bored while they waited for the activity to start.
I still had to guide my daughter on how to maneuver the toy electric car as this was my daughter’s first time to ride and drive it. My daughter had so much fun playing as a pretend McDonald’s staff and also loved playing at the slides and the toy kitchens.
